Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations in Guwahati and nearby areas. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing dealer and distributor networks, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and manage dealer and distributor networks.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve business performance.

Requirements:

- 1-4 years of experience in Food Products or FMCG sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in distributor and dealer management.
- Strong market knowledge and target-oriented approach.
