We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented professional to contribute to a technology-enabled supply chain and commerce environment focused on transforming how businesses source, move, and distribute fresh and perishable products.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and operational initiatives related to technology-enabled supply chain and commerce.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and support timely execution of assigned activities.
• Assist in improving processes related to sourcing, distribution, fulfilment, and business operations.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to track tasks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth execution.
• Analyse operational or business information and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and relevant business data.
• Support the implementation and adoption of technology-driven processes and tools.
• Monitor assigned activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure business requirements are met.
• Assist in identifying operational challenges and work with relevant teams toward practical solutions.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on improving efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up on open requirements.
• Support ongoing projects, process enhancements, and other business initiatives as required.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1+ years of professional experience in a business, operations, technology, supply chain, commerce, or related environment.
• Strong interest in technology-enabled business and supply chain operations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a practical approach to resolving issues.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling information and documentation.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new processes, systems, and technology tools quickly.
• Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
