Area Sales OfficerJob Summary**

The Area Sales Officer at Piramal Pharma Limited is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated geographical area, building strong customer relationships, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for pharmaceutical products within the designated territory.
* Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential customers, market segments, and product applications.
* Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, including doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and distributors.
* Conduct regular field visits to customers, present product information, provide technical support, and address inquiries or concerns.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
* Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including marketing, medical, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service and product delivery.
* Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and promotional events as required.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, product knowledge, and sales processes.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
