Area Sales Specialist – Ruminant Minerals & Animal Nutrition

Are you passionate about livestock nutrition and building strong relationships within the agricultural sector?

We are looking for an ambitious Area Sales Specialist to join our growing team, helping beef, dairy and sheep farmers maximise herd and flock performance through industry-leading mineral supplementation and animal nutrition solutions.

The Opportunity

In this field-based role, you will be responsible for developing both new and existing customer relationships across your area, providing practical nutritional advice and delivering tailored solutions that improve animal health, fertility, productivity and performance.

Working directly with farmers, agricultural merchants, nutritionists and key industry stakeholders, you'll play a vital role in driving sales growth and strengthening our presence across the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing and growing sales of mineral supplements and animal nutrition products
• Building strong relationships with beef, dairy and sheep farmers
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities throughout the area
• Conducting on-farm visits and providing nutritional recommendations
• Delivering technical product support and customer training
• Collaborating with technical and nutrition teams to deliver tailored solutions.

About You

You may already have experience within agricultural sales, animal nutrition, feed, minerals or livestock production, or be looking to take the next step in your agricultural career.

You'll bring:

• A passion for agriculture and livestock production.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
• The ability to work independently and manage your area effectively.
• A full UK driving licence.

Education

• Degree, HND or equivalent qualification in:
