Job Description Summary :

Responsible for the performance of the sales team below and achievement of KPI behavior, KPI revenue, KPI collection and Service Level.

Job Description :

• Responsible for achieving the monthly target Channel LMT

• Customer data master accuracy

• Active Outlet

• Ensure the selling step walk by FSR

• Proximity relationship with the customer

• Monitor service level MT and FS

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major

• At least 2 year(s) of working experience as sales supervisor distribution specially handle beverage & Channel MT

• Excellent in communication skill

• Good network in business area Jawa Barat & Jawa Tengah - DIY

• Homebase Solo &/ Yogyakarta
