Area Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for leading teams to achieve operational excellence. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations, ensuring that each site meets company standards in customer service, sales performance, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a positive work environment and driving team success.

• Must have flexible availability (Schedule varies around 12pm-8pm Monday-Friday)
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must be able to pass a MVR
• Reliable Transportation
• Willing to commute to multiple locations
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check

Responsibilities

• Supplies inventory
• Work order creation and execution or delegation
• Labor compliance- manages daily hours and daily dollars
• Purchase Order compliance
• Use Company process to report broken equipment
• Approves of Overtime after approval by Operations Manager or Director of Operations
• Reports changes, maintenance for PANs & E- separations, updates on employee information
• PM on vehicles
• Green program daily compliance and reporting when required by contract/account
• Requests termination of employees via HR
• Follows up on QCs according to QC tracker
• Work with HR on employee injuries, discipline and terminations
• Issues ECs
• Expense reports/mileage reports
• Oversight and execution of TAGs
• Contract modifications

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence others effectively.
• 4 - 5 years of experience in team management, including shift management and employee supervision.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and administrative tasks.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing customer interactions.(Bilingual is a plus)
• Excellent organizational skills with strong time management capabilities.
• Proficient in merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
