Area Vice President LATAM
You will build and lead a second-line enterprise sales organization focused on strategic enterprise accounts across LATAM. You will set and execute go-to-market strategy, recruit and develop sales leaders, manage sales processes and forecasts, maintain executive customer relationships, and coordinate account plans with marketing, channel, alliances, product, and engineering.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire Regional Sales Directors and Strategic Account Executives focused on enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire new enterprise customers and expand existing relationships.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop an inclusive enterprise sales organization.
- Maintain and deepen executive-level relationships with key customers.
- Manage the enterprise sales process, including pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and funnel metrics.
- Partner with marketing, channel, alliances, product, and engineering on account plans and campaigns.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and insights to sales leadership and stakeholders.
- Plan and operate strategically and tactically to ensure territory coverage and consistent regional execution.
Requirements
- Experience leading and developing strategic enterprise sales teams, including managing managers in complex field sales environments.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise software sales teams to drive predictable annual recurring revenue growth across complex deals.
- Deep experience selling into large enterprise accounts.
- Experience partnering with channel, marketing, alliances, product, and engineering on account strategies.
- Experience maintaining executive-level customer relationships and creating strategies to acquire and expand accounts.
- Ability to manage forecasting and sales funnel metrics accurately.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and communicate clearly in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
