Ark Encounter Barista Training Specialist Full Time

The Ark Encounter Barista Trainer contributes to a positive, welcoming environment for Ark Encounter guests by delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality beverages. The primary focuses of this role are preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and training new baristas all to ensure smooth coffee shop operations. • Primary Barista Responsibilities
  • Drink Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffees, teas, and seasonal drinks, adhering strictly to recipe and quality standards.
  • Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless and sanitary work environment by regularly cleaning the espresso bar, counters, seating areas, utensils, and equipment according to health guidelines.
  • Inventory & Restocking: Keep the coffee shops fully functional by tracking inventory, and stocking cups, lids, syrups, coffee beans, etc....
  • Training: Prepare new baristas according to all established policies and procedures.
• Daily Coffee Shop Operations & Guest Experience
  • Guest Engagement: Proactively greet and assist guests in the coffee shop with menu questions, ingredient inquiries, and attraction information.
  • Transaction Execution: Assist guests with their purchases in an efficient and friendly manner by operating the cash register and handling payments accurately.
  • Operational Flexibility: Execute all tasks and operational directives assigned by management in a supportive and professional manner, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to team unity
  • Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe environment for guests and staff by ensuring walkways are clear of products, boxes, and spills.
