Armed Security Officer - Events/Banquets
Pay: $25/hr (Level IV); $20/hr (Level III)
Location: Houston, TX 77007 (Downtown Area)
Schedule: Sat and Sun: 16 hours/week
City Security Services is seeking a professional, dependable, and alert Armed Security Officer to provide security services within a high-end special events environment. In this role, you will monitor the parking area(s), monitor visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Successful candidates must be able to remain calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment, and handle emergency situations with professionalism and confidence.

In this role, you will monitor the parking area(s), monitor visitor activity, verify guest access, respond to security incidents, and maintain a visible security presence throughout the property. Responsibilities:
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the parking lot.
- Verify guest access and assist visitors with directions as needed.
- Monitor visitor traffic entering/exiting the property.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
- Active Level III/IV Commissioned Security License
- Reliable attendance and ability to work evening shifts
- Weekly direct deposit paychecks
