ON CALL/TEMPORARY ARMED SPECIAL SECURITY OFFICER
Location: Phoenix, AZ area
REQUIREMENT: Current Armed State of Arizona guard card

Position Overview: Armed Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, managing access control, patrolling the premises, and responding to incidents. The role includes identifying threats, reporting hazards, and supporting a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform foot and post patrols to deter threats and maintain order
- Enforce access protocols and respond to alarms/emergencies
- Complete reports and document all significant incidents
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and management
- De-escalate conflicts and maintain professional conduct in all interactions
- Maintain a clean and organized post or vehicle at all times
Qualifications:
- Active Armed AZ Guard Card Certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written, verbal, and observational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
