Armed Security Patrol Officer

North State Security Group is currently hiring a part-time Armed Security Patrol Officer. A clean driving record and valid Driver's License is required for this role. In this role, the Armed Security Officer will be responsible for overnight patrol on Sunday nights and Monday nights from 7:30 pm - 4:30 am. The Officer must be dependable, professional, and remain alert and attentive during overnight hours.

Schedule:
Sundays and Mondays from 7:30 pm - 4:30 am (with additional coverage as needed, including holidays)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Responsibilities:

• Perform armed patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Enforce company and client policies with professionalism
• Conduct thorough inspections of property, vehicles, and facilities
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms quickly and effectively
• Complete accurate and detailed daily activity logs, daily patrol logs, and incident reports
• Maintain consistent situational awareness while on duty

Candidates must be available nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to pass all background checks and drug screenings
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (MVR check required)
• Valid NC PPSB Armed Security Officer license
• Strong communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight shifts
