ART DIRECTOR

Develop and oversee the overall creative direction and staging of club events, performances, and entertainment programmes.

Conceptualise stage designs, show themes, event flow, and performance concepts in line with the club’s brand and image.

Plan and coordinate stage productions for themed parties, gala dinners, festive celebrations, live performances, and special events.

Work closely with the Events, Entertainment, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute event concepts.

Coordinate performers, hosts, musicians, dancers, DJs, and other entertainment talent.

Manage rehearsals, stage cues, programme sequences, and transitions to ensure smooth event execution.

Oversee stage setup, props, backdrops, lighting, sound, audiovisual effects, and visual displays.

Prepare show rundowns, stage plans, cue sheets, and production schedules.

Direct performers and technical crews during rehearsals and live events.

Ensure all performances and stage activities meet the club’s standards of quality, professionalism, and entertainment value.

Liaise with external production companies, event suppliers, technical crews, and talent agencies.

Monitor production timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.

Troubleshoot on-site production issues and make quick decisions to ensure seamless event delivery.

Ensure compliance with venue safety requirements and operational procedures.

Review completed events and identify opportunities to improve future productions and member experiences.
