Job Description:

You bring a strong visual point of view and a desire to create social-first work that stands out. You understand how design, imagery, motion and platform trends can bring an idea to life. You take ownership of your projects, proactively seek feedback from creative leaders and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team.

Core Responsibilities

• Ideation: Understand the brief and develop thoughtful visual concepts rooted in social behaviors, cultural trends and platform insights. Stay current on AI tools and emerging formats, and refine ideas with feedback and mentorship.
• Execution, Craft and Presentation: Create compelling layouts, storyboards and visual assets with strong attention to detail. Adapt work to feel native to each platform while maintaining the brand’s identity. Build clear, thoughtful decks and present the thinking behind your work internally and to clients as opportunities arise.
• Production: Help bring concepts to life through shoots, design, editing and animation, with guidance from senior creatives. Collaborate with production partners and review assets for visual quality, consistency and platform requirements.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with copywriters, strategists, social teams and production to develop cohesive work. Work through feedback with senior creatives and communicate clearly about progress, questions and challenges.
• Attitude and Effort: Bring curiosity, initiative and care to your work. Be a supportive teammate, meet commitments and approach feedback with an open mind and respect for others.





$80k - $90k
