- Create design concepts that reflect an understanding of project objectives and brand strategy
- Be responsible for completing assigned design projects within timeline and budget
- Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure that project objectives are met
- Develop deep knowledge of assigned clients branding requirements
- Maintain a high-quality product by being accountable to the accuracy of their work, minimal mistakes, follows direction well
- Understand industry restrictions
- Prioritize, manage and execute multi-piece project deliverables to meet associated deadlines
- Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Bachelor’s degree required; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience. 3-5 years’ experience designing for healthcare clients, agency experience preferred.
- Proficiency in digital and print design
- Proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and XD, & Figma
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects in a timely manner
- Exceptional communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated self-starter who is a team player and demonstrates a willingness to contribute to team efforts while learning from others #LI-Remote
