Responsibilities
— Participate in client briefings
— Collaborate with the team to solve creative challenges and make clear creative decisions
— Guide and review the team's creative work
— Present creative concepts to clients
— Lead multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
— 5+ years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in branding
— A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity and visual communication
— A sharp eye for typography, layout, and detail
— Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
— Excellent presentation and communication skills with both clients and internal teams
— Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
— Confidence in giving and receiving constructive creative feedback
Nice to have
— Experience working with international or multi-market clients
— Experience with AI tools, motion design, or 3D
— Experience contributing to new business, pitches, and workshops
