Art Tech Lead

We are looking for Generalist Technical Art Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of Generalist Technical Artists
• Review work and provide technical and creative feedback
• Prioritize tasks, remove blockers, and support the team
• Maintain high quality and production standards

Development

• Build and support playable ad production
• Solve complex gameplay and technical challenges
• Improve architecture, performance, and production workflows
• Assist with debugging and optimization

Technical Art

• Review visual quality across projects
• Guide UI, animation, VFX, lighting, and scene composition
• Ensure strong visual consistency and mobile-first presentation

Production

• Plan timelines and track progress
• Coordinate with Creative Producers and stakeholders
• Identify risks and improve production efficiency

AI-Native Workflow

• Drive adoption of Claude Code, ChatGPT, and AI creative tools
• Improve production through AI-assisted workflows and automation

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Experience leading or mentoring technical teams
• Experience building games, interactive experiences, or playable ads
• Strong JavaScript / TypeScript and Three.js skills
• Strong technical art skills (Blender, Photoshop, Figma, After Effects)
• Experience with Spine animation workflows
• Strong understanding of game feel, UX, and mobile games
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude Code and ChatGPT in daily production
• Ability to balance leadership with hands-on development
