- Operational Management: Monitoring storage, supervising picking/packing, and organizing dispatch to ensure on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Conducting regular stock checks and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Staff Leadership: Training, scheduling, motivating, and supervising warehouse personnel.
- Safety and Maintenance: Enforcing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring equipment is functional.
- Process Improvement: Reviewing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
