Position Overview
The Arthrex Oklahoma Sales Associate is an entry-level sales support position, designed to develop the next generation of Arthrex Sales Representatives. You’ll be part of a tight-knit, high performing team where learning is constant, and collaboration is encouraged.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Arthrex Sales Representatives in managing accounts within the assigned territory
- Assist with surgical case coverage, including instrumentation set-up, procedural support, and product demonstrations
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Arthrex products, surgical techniques, and orthopedic anatomy
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting during surgeries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and sales meetings to stay current with new products and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inventory, and case coverage
- Support compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards
