Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong hands-on Python development experience to build scalable, production-grade AI orchestration platforms for enterprise conversational customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Build AI orchestration workflows integrating LLMs, AI agents, external APIs, tools, and business logic.
• Develop reliable distributed systems with workflow orchestration, caching, session management, and state handling.
• Integrate conversational AI capabilities, memory, context management, and enterprise systems.
• Ensure production readiness through testing, monitoring, logging, security, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python backend development and REST API experience.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of Node.js/TypeScript, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Redis, caching, queues, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with LLMs, conversational AI, or AI-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and production engineering.

Good to Have:

• LangGraph, LangChain, Temporal, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Agentic AI, RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and MCP.
• Experience building chatbots, virtual assistants, or customer support automation platforms.
