Job Summary: We are seeking an innovative and experienced AI Engineering Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of production AI/ML systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in LLM architecture, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks, along with a proven ability to lead teams effectively. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize costs while ensuring high-quality AI observability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML systems, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Oversee prompt engineering processes to enhance model performance and user experience.
• Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of AI solutions.
• Implement AI observability practices to monitor system performance and ensure reliability.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across AI/ML projects without compromising quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI strategies with business objectives.
• Mentor and lead a team of AI developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:
