Requirements

Industry Background: Must have hands-on internship experience, professional work history, or solid project portfolios related to the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or building industry.

Education: Master’s Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematical Sciences, or a related quantitative field.

Programming & Development Skills: Strong command of Python and experience with other languages such as Java, Swift, JavaScript, or C++.Familiarity with full-stack and backend frameworks and development tools.

Data Science & Machine Learning Expertise: Solid grounding in machine learning principles, data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model evaluation using standard libraries. Demonstrated capability through academic projects, hackathons, or competitive data science tasks.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities proven through full-stack app development or algorithmic problem-solving; effective communication skills for working independently or collaboratively.

Fresh Graduates: Highly motivated recent graduates or postgraduates with strong technical portfolios and relevant project experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
