Artis Manager

Salary: Rp 10.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000 per month

🎯 What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, celebrities, talent managers, and management agencies.
- Source and identify suitable artists/talents for BEEX campaigns and partnerships.
- Handle communication and negotiation with artists and their management teams.
- Negotiate talent contracts, deliverables, schedules, and collaboration terms.
- Manage the end-to-end artist collaboration process, from talent sourcing to campaign execution.
- Coordinate artist schedules, campaign requirements, content, and other activities.
- Develop long-term partnerships with artists and talent management.
- Understand the artist's profile, audience, image, and suitability for each campaign.
- Coordinate with Marketing, KOL, Content, and Business Development teams.
- Maintain a database of artists, management contacts, rates, and collaboration history.
- Stay updated on trending artists, celebrities, and entertainment industry developments.

🔎 Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Artist Management, Talent Management, Entertainment, KOL/Influencer Management, or a similar position.
- Strong network and relationships with artists, celebrities, talent managers, and entertainment agencies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple artists and projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of social media, entertainment trends, and talent branding.
- Proactive, professional, well-connected, and target-oriented.
- Experience handling commercial campaigns, brand collaborations, events, or endorsements is highly preferred.
