Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all order to invoice operations of the network
  • Support dealers in placing and managing orders
  • Manage related order claims
  • Support network in identifying the correct products
  • Closely collaborate with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Close collaboration with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China
  • Support management with analysis and reporting
  • Ad hoc activities

Qualifications:

  • Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products)
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering/management field of study
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
  • Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
  • High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
