AS400 Developer

Essential requirements:

• Possess between 3 to 6years’ IT experience in software design, development and testing

• Technical: iSeries, RPG, ILE and CL programming.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good team player

• Strong communication and presentation skills with fluent written and spoken English

• Self-motivated with proven rapid learning capability

• Able to work independently and under pressure

• Willing to travel overseas occasionally when required

Preferred skills:

• Familiar with source control tool e.g. MKS

• Software design and development in an enterprise/global environment using MS Visual Basic or Java/C++, XML etc

• Knowledge in Middleware: IBM MQ Series, Tibco Rendezvous (RV)

• Knowledge in database applications and SQL

• Knowledge in treasury products / operations

A university graduate with degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline
