Asesor de ventas

NorthStar Moving is an established, women-owned U.S. moving and storage company with more than 30 years in business. We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused sales professional in Mexico to join our Client Loyalty Team.

We are looking for someone with sales experience who enjoys speaking with people, listens carefully and knows how to build trust, understand customer needs and confidently guide prospective clients through their options.

This role is about guidance and service, not aggressive selling. If you value stability, teamwork and long-term growth, this position may be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with prospective clients via phone and video calls
• Build rapport and understand each client's needs
• Explain services and options clearly and confidently
• Follow up with prospective clients providing excellent customer service and clear information
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team
• Participate in team meetings, coaching and training

Requirements

• Previous sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience communicating with prospective customers and building strong client relationships (Outgoing and friendly personality
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Customer-first sales mindset
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage client follow-up independently
• Team-oriented and interested in long-term career growth
• Quiet, private workspace and reliable high-speed internet
• Reliable computer and headset for clear communication

Moving industry experience is not required. We'll provide training on our services and processes. We're looking for candidates who bring a strong sales foundation, excellent communication skills and a genuine commitment to providing a positive customer experience.

Compensation

USD $800–$1,200 per month
