ASI Service Engineer

Technical Service Support

• Provide technical and service support to customers for Yokogawa's process and environmental analyzer product range.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities for gas analyzers, CEMS, and water quality analyzers.
• Conduct in-house repairs, calibration, diagnostics, and equipment testing.
• Perform on-site commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and service activities at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot analyzer system issues and recommend effective solutions in accordance with Yokogawa's standard procedures and safety guidelines.
• Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation following service activities.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering professional and responsive service support.
• Liaise with customers to understand service concerns and provide timely technical solutions.
• Provide technical consultation and advice to customers on analyzer performance, maintenance requirements, and system optimization.
• Respond to customer enquiries and service requests promptly and professionally.

Quotation & Service Business Development

• Prepare service, maintenance, repair, and spare parts quotations in response to customer enquiries.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and support order conversion activities.
• Identify opportunities for preventive maintenance contracts, service agreements, upgrades, and spare parts sales.
• Support the growth of the service business through proactive customer engagement and relationship building.

Project Support

• Support project teams during Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).
• Assist with installation, commissioning, loop checks, and performance verification activities.
• Coordinate with project engineers, customers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

• Conduct product operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting training for end users and channel partners.
• Prepare training materials and technical presentations where required.
• Support internal technical knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Safety & Compliance

• Comply with Yokogawa's safety policies, quality requirements, and operational procedures.
• Ensure all service activities are executed safely and in accordance with customer site requirements and industry regulations.
• Participate in relevant safety training and continuous professional development programmers.
