Asphalt Machine Operator (Compactor Roller)

About the role

At Manpower Professional, we are selecting a Compactor Roller Operator for a prominent Extremaduran company in the civil engineering and infrastructure sector. We are looking for professionals with experience in asphalt paving and bituminous mixture compaction equipment who wish to join a stable project, with continuous works in Extremadura, specialized teams, and growth possibilities within a leading company in the Civil Engineering sector.

What you'll do

• Operation of a roller compactor in spreading and compaction works of bituminous mixtures.
• Control of compaction and the final finish of the pavement according to the technical specifications of the project.
• Coordination with the paver operator, site manager, and the rest of the asphalt paving team.
• Basic review and maintenance of assigned machinery.
• Compliance with safety, quality, and occupational risk prevention regulations.

• Previous experience as a Roller Compactor Operator (Essential).
