Description
- Increase consistency in operations through the ability to read and follow written instructions from an operation manual when assembling products
- Use hand tools such as pliers, screwdrivers, box cutters and power tools to craft Potter Global Technologies products
- Complete packing operations by packaging parts into cartons and taping boxes using auto tape dispensers
- Serve as a partner to the Quality Control Team by ensuring all standard operating procedures and work instructions are followed
- Actively create a safe and secure work environment through adhering to all company safety measures
- Contribute to a collaborative environment by proactively resolving conflicts and being a supportive team member
- Collaborate with manufacturing leaders to accept feedback in an effort to increase performance and product quality
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project milestones
