For more than 100 years, our family-owned company has made custom award ribbons, medals, trophies, rosettes, sashes, and more for customers across the country. As an Assembler, you’ll do hands-on work in a clean, temperature-controlled facility alongside a close-knit team. You don’t need manufacturing experience. We’ll train you from day one.

Your Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Consistent daytime hours with no nights or weekends.
• Overtime available during peak production seasons.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble custom award products to spec using ribbons and other materials
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before they ship
• Follow production instructions and keep a clean, organized workspace
• Work with your team to hit daily production goals
• Cross-train on multiple assembly operations as you grow

What You Bring

• Strong attention to detail and good hand dexterity
• Ability to distinguish colors and shades (with or without corrective lenses)
• Basic reading and math skills
• Ability to learn quickly and remember instructions
• Reliable, consistent attendance
