What You Will Do

As an Assembler, you’ll play an important role in supporting daily production by building products accurately, safely, and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assembling components and products using work instructions, diagrams, blueprints, or verbal direction
  • Using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment safely and correctly
  • Checking parts and materials before assembly to ensure accuracy
  • Inspecting finished work for defects, missing components, and proper fit or function
  • Completing basic production and inspection documentation
  • Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and safe
  • Reporting material shortages, quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety risks
  • Working closely with supervisors, leads, quality team members, and coworkers to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need to be an expert to start — but you should bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic production documents
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Basic math and measurement skills
  • Dependable attendance and a team-first attitude

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on manufacturing role. Team members should be comfortable with:

  • Standing for extended periods
  • Walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and moving throughout the workday
  • Lifting, moving, or pushing materials up to 50 lbs.; team lift as needed
  • Working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
  • Wearing required PPE, such as safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes
  • Working overtime, weekends, or extended shifts as business needs require
