Overview
Symbiotic Services is seeking an Assembler / Packer I to support
manufacturing operations. This role involves assembling components, packaging
finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met prior to shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform repetitive assembly and
packaging operations
- Inspect parts for cosmetic
defects and non-conformities
- Follow detailed work instructions
and assembly procedures
- Use hand tools and perform
soldering as needed
- Install threaded inserts
(Heli-Coils)
- Package and prepare parts for
shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized
work environment
- Report safety concerns and
damaged tools
- Support team-based production and
quality initiatives
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of assembly experience
preferred
- Ability to install threaded
inserts
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with
exposure to machinery, noise, and airborne particles
- Required use of PPE (safety
glasses, hearing protection, safety shoes)
