Days & Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am to 3:00pm, & Friday, 5:00am to 9:00am. Some flexibility in hours is allowed. 40 hours per week.

Salary Description: Base range provided, depending on experience.

Job Purpose

Assemble Jarraff products until they are completed to acceptance of Quality Assurance testing and routing operations by performing the following duties.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and subassemblies, using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
• Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications.
• Maintain logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies.
• Maintain equipment and conveyors and performs basic repairs when needed.
• Inventory tools, parts, and supplies; contracts materials handler if supplies are needed.
• Periodically check products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolves and identified problems and alerts production manager.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to production manager.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules under minimal supervision.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
