Job Summary
We are hiring Assemblers, Kitters, and Light Fabricators to join an automotive manufacturing team in Lafayette, IN. This is a full-time, hands-on production position working on an assembly line. The ideal candidate is dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive components according to established procedures and specifications
• Use basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Gather, sort, and organize parts and materials for production
• Perform light fabrication and production tasks
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all company safety rules and procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team on an assembly line

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work at a consistent pace in a production environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to use basic hand tools
• Must be able to work the assigned shift
