Production Assembler – Timber Docks

Location: Warwick, NY

Pay: $21–$25/hour plus a quarterly bonus based on company performance

Schedule: Full-time, 1st shift 40 hours, overtime as needed (hourly, non-exempt)

Reports to: Shop Foreman

Meeco Sullivan builds custom timber floating docks in Warwick, NY. We’re hiring Production Assemblers to build dock sections in our shop. Construction experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Build floating dock sections from timber and hardware

• Measure and cut wood to spec

• Use drills, saws, sanders and other power tools

• Move lumber between the yard and the shop by forklift [we’ll train / certification required]

• Help with snow removal in winter

• Follow all safety rules

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of construction or shop experience preferred

• Comfortable using power tools safely

• Able to read a tape measure and do basic math

• Able to stand most of the shift, kneel and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable working in a shop without air conditioning, with some outdoor work

• Reliable attendance
