Assembly line Fixture and SPM machine assembly and proving

• Develop and manufacture fixtures for machining and production requirements.
  
• Possess strong knowledge of machining processes including Milling, Turning, Drilling, and Welding.
  
• Study and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
  
• Coordinate with design and production teams for fixture development and process improvements.
  
• Plan and monitor fixture manufacturing activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
  
• Conduct dimensional inspection of machined and fabricated components using measuring instruments.
  
• Perform fixture assembly and machine assembly as per technical requirements.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
  
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
