Assembly line Fixture and SPM machine assembly and proving
Fixture machining process (Milling, Turning and welding process)
- Develop and manufacture fixtures for machining and production requirements.
- Possess strong knowledge of machining processes including Milling, Turning, Drilling, and Welding.
- Study and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and manufacturing specifications.
- Coordinate with design and production teams for fixture development and process improvements.
- Plan and monitor fixture manufacturing activities to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Conduct dimensional inspection of machined and fabricated components using measuring instruments.
- Perform fixture assembly and machine assembly as per technical requirements.
- Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
