Assembly Operator (Cabling | Data Centre) | 4 days Shifts | Up $3,700 + Allowances
Summary
Assembles and maintains data-center cabling and equipment in a 24/7 facility, following safety and 5S standards on rotating 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Perform rack cabling and cable installation work according to technical drawings and work instructions.
- Maintain good housekeeping and adhere to 5S standards within the work area.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
- Perform basic documentation and system updates when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in cabling, installation, manufacturing, technical operations, or related fields.
- Technical school, vocational school, high school qualification, or equivalent.
- Able to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, manual handling of equipment, and climbing ladders where required.
- Comfortable working at heights in accordance with safety procedures.
- Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Basic Salary: Up to $3,200
Additional Allowances
12-hour Day Shift: + $12 per shift
12-hour Night Shift: + $24 per shift
Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per working day
Working Hours
Training Period (First 3 Months)
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training
Monthly rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM / 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
