Assembly Operator

Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities)

• Perform assembly according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications.

• Conduct in-process checks to ensure correct parts, orientation, and assembly sequence.

• Ensure assembly activities meet quality, safety, and productivity requirements.

• Maintain proper 5S standards and housekeeping in the assembly area.

• Support flexible assembly operations to meet changing customer and production needs.

Job Requirement (Qualifications & Experience)

• Willing to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and work instructions.

• Familiar with basic hand tools and assembly equipment.

• Good awareness of quality requirements and attention to detail.

• Good attitude, responsible, and able to follow instructions accurately

• Basic knowledge of 5S and safety practices is an advantage.
