What You'll Do

• Assemble lithium-ion battery components and systems, including cell preparation, module assembly, wiring, testing, and final product assembly.
• Follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures to ensure quality, safety, and performance standards are met.
• Operate production equipment, tools, and automated machinery to meet production goals.
• Perform inspections, measurements, and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify and report quality issues and support corrective actions when needed.
• Meet productivity targets while minimizing defects, rework, and waste.
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Comply with all safety requirements, including PPE and procedures related to electrical, chemical, and energy-storage hazards.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and team-oriented work environment.
