Kick-start a rewarding career with a well-established manufacturing company in Tampines! We are looking for motivated and hands-on Assembly Operators to support the assembly of server products in a clean, fast-paced production environment.
💰 Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to $2,400/month (based on experience and previous salary)
Day Shift Allowance (12 hours): $12/worked shift
Night Shift Allowance (12 hours): $24/worked shift
Meal Allowance: $8/worked day
Transport Allowance: $8/worked day

⏰ Working Schedule
Training Period (First 3 Months)
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Upon Completion of Training
Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM
Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Rotating 4-day work schedule:
Team A: Monday – Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday – Saturday
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
- Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, cabinets, and related components
- Carry out production line assembly according to work instructions
- Perform unpacking, packing, rack building, and other manufacturing activities
- Conduct basic quality checks on assembled products
- Maintain a clean and organised work area while following safety procedures
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned

- Able to work 12-hour rotating day and night shifts after the training period
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
