Assembly Team Member 2nd Shift

We are looking for you to join our team as an Assembly Production Team Member at our Portageville, MO facility!

Position Summary:

The Assembly Operator (2nd Shift) performs repetitive work-station operations to assemble products until they are completed to quality standards by performing the following duties.
Main Responsibilities:

Maintain a safe working environment, adhere to safety principles, and maintain accepted housekeeping standards.

Performs processes to complete assemblies and subassemblies according to the work instructions.
Performs inspections of products to ensure quality of parts.
Records scrap material on the appropriate forms.
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
Works under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques.
Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Ability to become proficient in operating and troubleshooting multiple manufacturing processes
Verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in developing interpersonal relationships
Highly motivated self-starting individual who is comfortable working as part of a team
Analytical problem solver with a mindset of continual improvement
