Job Title: Assembly Tech (Levels I, II, III)

Location: Final Assembly (Open Hull, Mating, Post Mating, Final Assembly, Electricians, Carpenters)

Seolta Holdings, LLC are the proud Builders of MJM Yachts. We are currently hiring for the following sub-departments in Final Assembly:

- Electricians, Carpenters, Mechanical, Plumbing, Cleaners and Caulkers

-Mating & Post Mating

-Open Hull

General Description for all positions in Assembly

Assembles fiberglass hulls, decks, and small parts, purchased parts and pre-assembled components into a completed boat.

Installs decks, hardware components, bilge systems, water, hydraulic and fuel fittings, hoses, tanks, and connections.

Performs electrical assembly of consoles, installs, and connects electrical wiring and components.

Installs major subassemblies such as dash and hardtop modules, windshields, seating/upholstery, etc

Uses a variety of hand power/air tools, saw, grinders, and other tools as necessary.

Locating parts by hand or utilizing detailed blueprints, standard work, tools, and/or fixtures.

Works following specific job instructions, specifications, technical work documents, blueprints, frequently reading, and providing verbal and/or written status of part completion/installation.
