Nightforce Optics is growing, and we are looking for multiple Assembly Technician I to join our remarkable Production team. The Production Assembler is vital to the growth and success of Nightforce Optics by assembling our high-quality rifle scopes and optics.Location: Orofino, ID
Shifts: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am – 4:30pm; Tuesday-Friday, 6:00am – 4:30pm

What you will be doing: Essential Job Duties
- Learns and gains proficiency in various positions within the production department ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive operations including turrets, subassemblies, inspection, and final assembly
- Manipulates and installs small parts and pieces to create subassemblies, premium riflescopes, and other optics by following established working instructions, diagrams, and drawings.
- May disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test product and subassemblies according to specific specifications as directed by leads and/or management
- Sort and count products or components before assembling or packaging
- Review products and components for quality control to ensure expectations and specifications are met in accordance with QC and engineering guidelines
- Set up, arrange, and operate hand and/or power tools per the specifications and instructions from supervisor
- Report and discrepancies, damages, and errors to production leads
- Comply with all safety practices and company rules and policies
