Description

AERONES is seeking a skilled and hands-on Assembly Technician to join our dedicated team on a fixed-term contract for 3 months. In this role, you will perform mechanical and electronic assembly work on cutting-edge robotic equipment, contribute to the development of new solutions, and help ensure our robots are built, tested, and maintained to the highest standard.

You will join us in our modern, safe and comfortable Plant and Offices that are located at Katlakalna iela 11E, Riga.

Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and electronic assembly work on robotic equipment in accordance with production tasks.
  • Participate in the assembly of newly developed robotic equipment.
  • Perform technical work related to the testing of robotic equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in cooperation with engineers.
  • Configure and prepare robotic equipment for operation.
  • During business trips, find technical solutions to ensure the successful operation of robotic equipment.
  • If necessary, perform various metalworking tasks.
  • Solve unexpected technical problems in cooperation with engineers.
  • Perform technical repairs and maintenance of robotic equipment.
  • Keep the workplace clean and tidy, including tool cabinets, drawers, and shelves in your work area.
  • Electronically record working hours, finished products, and rejects in the ERP Monitor system.
  • Promptly report to your immediate supervisor any missing tools, materials, or other unexpected issues that hinder the performance of your work.
  • Comply with environmental protection requirements, electrical safety, occupational safety and fire safety regulations.
  • Comply with the processes and procedures defined in production.
  • Other tasks related to the production process.

Requirements

  • Understanding of mechanical drawings.
  • Understanding of electronic schematics.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly.
  • Experience in electronics assembly, soldering, and crimping.
