Principal Responsibilities

• Following work instructions and technical documentation, utilizing your experience in assembly techniques, and operating specialized equipment with precision.
• Responsible for conducting thorough quality control checks, escalating assembly issues, to ensure productivity and product quality.
• Troubleshoots basic assembly issues
• Mentor and train entry-level assemblers, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Collaborates with engineering and quality assurance teams.
