Assembly Technician

Summit Truck Bodies, LLC, a quality manufacturer of custom designed service and lube truck bodies, is expanding its workforce due to increasing sales. The General Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly of the body and all truck components.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare work to be accomplished by studying work order, bill of materials and blueprints.
• Position and secure components per print locations.
• Fit and secure components using hand and power tools.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
• Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Maintain and wear all required personal protective safety equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
