Assembly Technician
Remuneration: $2,600-$3,600+ VB + $150/month Transport Allowance + $100/month Meal Allowance
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
Location: Bulim Lane
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in setup and daily maintenance of final assembly production lines.
- Support analysis and disposition of defective products.
- Assist in process research, verification and continuous improvement activities.
- Follow up verification results of line equipment, tooling & fixtures, and submit optimization requests.
- Assist in compiling and releasing production work instructions and process technical documents.
- Support resolution of R&D issues and improvement of assembly line throughput.
- Track and complete full closed-loop handling of ECR/TCN documents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of production process experience; majored in Mechanical Engineering or Electronics, with automotive.
- Electronics industry background preferred.
- Skilled in precision structural assembly; experience in AA alignment, motor assembly and related processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to identify root causes from data analysis and drive corrective actions for problem resolution.
