About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically minded operations professional to serve as the Assessment Insights & Operations Manager for the Global Life Sciences Activation & Adoption division. In this role, you will be the core operational driver of our portfolio intelligence team, executing the end-to-end quarterly assessment process and translating raw account data into actionable insights that drive strategic customer success.

You will ensure that every account in the global portfolio is evaluated, scored, and tracked with precision. By partnering with field teams, managing data systems, and maintaining our Global Portfolio Health Dashboard, you will serve as the critical link connecting operational data to the insights that guide leadership strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the quarterly account assessment process from end-to-end, acting as the primary data collection and synthesis lead for the global portfolio.
  • Partner with Account Executives (AEs) and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to conduct assessment interviews, gathering structured data aligned to our scoring rubric.
  • Collect, organize, and evaluate account data from CRM systems, support platforms, and stakeholder inputs to consistently measure portfolio health.
  • Manage the operational logistics of quarterly assessment cycles, including scheduling, interview tracking, and proactive escalation of execution blockers.
  • Build, organize, and maintain the Global Portfolio Health Dashboard using CRM Analytics / Tableau CRM to provide real-time risk and health visibility to leadership.
  • Produce quarterly portfolio health reports and individual account risk scorecards for internal teams, leadership, customers, and Systems Integrator (SI) partners.
  • Coordinate multi-track logistics for customer workshops and partner events, managing invitations, agendas, and follow-up tracking.
  • Manage a calendar of market insights and events, including case study deadlines, marketing submissions, and thought leadership deliverables.
  • Support data architecture and technical teams by organizing data feeds and maintaining documentation for AI-powered assessment tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, Program Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end data collection, assessment, or evaluation cycles across large, complex account portfolios.
  • Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce reporting and analytics tools, specifically CRM Analytics (formerly Einstein Analytics), Tableau CRM, and standard Salesforce dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of synthesizing multi-source data into clear, actionable reporting and executive-ready presentations.
  • Proven ability to coordinate complex logistics and manage calendars across concurrent workstreams without losing operational momentum.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to conduct structured working sessions with field-facing teams and external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience operating within the Enterprise Cloud, SaaS, or Life Sciences technology sectors.
  • Prior experience working directly within a Salesforce software ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Agentforce, Slack AI, Einstein Copilot, or Gemini) to accelerate data synthesis.
  • Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana.
