Key Responsibilities

Data Maintenance & Lifecycle Management: Accurately log asset additions, transfers, and disposals. Track the full lifecycle of items from procurement through deployment and retirement.

Asset Auditing & Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical audits and verify that recorded items match inventory and financial books to prevent loss or theft.

Compliance & Reporting: Monitor statutory compliance checks, certifications, and warranties. Generate routine data and audit reports for management and finance teams.

System Administration: Input and manage data across specialised systems such as QFM (Cygnet’s CAFM system).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Co-ordinate with finance, procurement, and external contractors to resolve data discrepancies and support project delivery.
