Summary

The Asset Implementation Specialist will be knowledgeable of Federal DOT and FMCSA regulations as it pertains to the licensing and permitting requirements for DOT Motor Carriers and be able to perform tasks to keep assets (ie. tractors and trailers) in compliance at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Plate and permit tractors and trailers.
• Filing and organizing.
• Adding and updating asset information to TMT and TMW as needed.
• Maintain asset documentation by indexing and organizing tractor and trailer documents in EBE.
• Answer emails or calls as needed.
• Contact drivers regarding outgoing permits, plates, and transponders.
• Other role tasks as deemed necessary by management.
