Job Description The Asset Management Analyst will support the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program across both Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). This is a hands-on, physical role: the analyst will move, stage, receive, and stock IT equipment while executing the full lifecycle of hardware and software assets in ServiceNow.
